Video Conferencing

 

When your workforce or clients are in different physical locations then obviously you have to travel to them or they to you. This can mean hotels, travel costs, etc. plus time. For example, say a company needs to hold a meeting for its sales staff, but they are located in different cities; or that same sales team needs to present a new product to its customers.

Our Web Conferencing software provides state-of-the art PowerPoint, document, application and desktop sharing, remote control, and multiparty audio and video conferencing - from quick web meetings to full-featured conferences with multiple presenters.

The implementation is entirely in the software, and requires only standard USB video conferencing cameras and a headset .

Video Conferencing

 

The system rivals hardware-based video conferencing equipment costing thousands of pounds. To help you effectively manage bandwidth, you can click on any video display and change the size, quality and frame rate - all in real-time.

It also includes multiparty audio (VoIP) conferencing as a standard feature. The host can enable/disable audio conferencing and easily switch from low-bandwidth, cell phone-like sound to studio quality audio all at the click of a mouse. This is full-duplex, multiparty audio, so any number of users can talk at the same time.

There are options for sharing Powerpoint presentations, documents, applications such as word or excel, your own desktop or web browser, plus there is a built-in chat client and whiteboard.

You have fully interactive web conferencing controls at your disposal. You can easily allow/disable participant look-ahead (PowerPoint and documents), promote a participant to presenter, demote presenters, and expel users, all at the click of a mouse.

You can even record your conference.

The software has industry standard security built in to it and the option of secure connections if required.

There's no special software required you simply download and install a plugin and off you go.

Training and a downloadable manual are both available.
